On 21 June, with the Dragon Boat Festival approaching, Nantong Tianying Eco-Energy carried out festive activities including wrapping zongzi (glutinous rice dumplings) and exchanging blessings.

Employees participated actively in learning how to wrap zongzi and making the filling. After two hours of laughter and efforts, pounds of glutinous rice turned into delicious traditional food.

By wrapping zongzi with their own hands, employees got a chance to feel the charm of traditional Chinese festivals, and also gained hands-on experience learning making festive foods in a laid-back ambience. The Comprehensive Department attached written blessings onto wrapped zongzi and sent them as gifts to employees, so that they can feel the warmth working as a member of the company’s big family.
